In 1996, Richard Lemmings bought a used utility truck and put a painted water drop on the door. He took the kind of calls nobody else wanted: water where it shouldn't be, and no one could say where it was coming from.
Three decades later, CEO Richard Lemmings still leads the same routes in Lee County and the Chattahoochee Valley.
